Started out to do Randy's chicken. It is supposed to be done with leg quarters but I only had bone in breasts.
Made the sauce and was waiting on the chicken to finish when I realised it was 8:30
Ended up putting some Carnivore on.
Turned out well anyway
Had to cook a couple of racks of lamb as well

i agree, "the" chicken is the bomb. haven't made it in a while, and found it pretty hot but very peppery and flavorfuled egli avea del cul fatto trombetta -Dante -
Should I freeze the sauce or will it be alright on the stove for a coupla weeks?

vacuum seal, freeze, then throw it away after a week

Nothing in it that wasn't in the cupboard anyway. Well except for the hot sauce. I keep any open hot sauce in the fridge cause the colour fades.
