Nice looking meal. I like to make a bacon basket around them.

Ross, Jackie has very good taste, that's a very tasty meatloaf, many nice ingredients

Ross,
Nice cook! If you had used lamb and stuffed it in a sheeps stomach with the "Lights" you could have had haggis laddie!

Thanks, see you there

that looks great! do the oats absorb the moisture and keep the meatloaf moist?
that's the kind of meal that comes with a mandatory nap afterwards.context is important -
Thanks Mickey, Have a great year

Thats how it works

oh man now I am hungry LOL meatloaf sandwiches with the left overs are the best!

Looks good! Meatloaf on the egg is the only way I've cooked them in years. My favorite way though is to use this wire meat loaf basket since my favorite recipe is a bit more moist and this way it stays in tact.

Asusual looks great. Does Jackie hire out?
Some time ago we changed from whatever we were using to crushed saltines. Seeing Oatmeal, I will have to give that a try in the future. I really enjoy a good meat loaf and leftover cold meatloaf sandwiches.
For a mix and sauce we use ketchup, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce which makes a wonderful sauce with the meatloaf.
Thanks for sharing another one of Jackies best.
Snow's about gone down here (for now). Have a good Sunday and go see the beach for Shelagh and I.

Thanks Teresa, ohI forgot to put in your post Tri-Tip your new Egg handle is a fine looking handle!

Here you go. BTW the secret to cleaning it is the spray it well with PAM and then after the cook let it soak overnight.
