Broke passover with a pizza on the egg. I don't have a peel, nor do I have adequate mitts/gloves. My shopping list is getting longer. It's funny because I know from he forum the pizza came out lousy. However, it was great compared to my electric stove.

It certainly takes time. Hang in there. Once you get the process down, it is well worth it. No need for delivery pizza once you get it right

Don't be discouraged by a bad pizza or two.
When your light bulb goes off and you start making great pizzas (and you will sooner rather than later) there is no stopping your inspirations.
