Ther was some discussion on here a couple of days ago about this meat sale and the meat grade, so I just had to give it a try.

I am baching right now as my bride is visiting with grandkids, so I got the smallest one in the case :)

Pulled at 122 internal, since this was only a two bone roast was ready in about an hour

I put some DP Pinapple Head on the corn, very good. :P
I have plenty left over for another great meal.

This was definetly a good cut of meat, on sale for about 1/2 normal price. They are still on until Wednesday, so I think I will get another for the freezer! :cheer:
