Been a complete sloth about posting of late. Had a go at lamb last Sunday. Started by stuffing garlic and rosemary into slits the night before
On before church at 325, indirect, with cherry chips:
Off at 3 hours:
A definite hit with the kiddos:

Yum! That's looks great. Did you cook to a certain temp? And just garlic and fresh Rosemary? No salt or pepper? I have a big leg of lamb in the freezer and not sure how to hit a home run first time at bat.

I did rub on a little kosher salt and some black pepper prior to going on the Egg. My crew isnt wild about red in their lamb, so I went a little longer to get the internal temp mid 150's.

Looks wonderful. They should go on sale after Easter. maybe I will try one.
