Egg Table Finish - HELP!!!!

Just Stained my new table with ACE Harware stain - three coats. Should I use a poly or spar urethane or just leave it alone?

Stain typically only needs to be applied once. I would go with a spar for a good exterior grade finish and that I would put 3-4 coats on.

If you are going to / want to varnish, go with a top quality spar.
OTOH, I oil mine with linseed twice a year. -
Go with the spar poly

Thanks Guys for the Help.

I applied 3 coats of poly to my cedar table and it works great. Sheds the weather and cleans up easily.
