Just finished off an Allen Brothers long bone ribeye. Way too expensive for me, but it was in the freezer, so what could I do?
There it lies, ready for the rub:
Time to sear with foil protection:
Ready to eat:
Of course, Scooby the Wonder Dog got the bone!
Then the wife (yes, the wife who....) says, "It's 12 inches long EVEN AFTER IT'S BEEN CHEWED on!!"

I've been married over ten years and my wife has yet to say that to me.
I would love to try one of those. Look $$. I don't even know where to purchase that around here. Never see it at the grocery stores. Must be a butcher pick-up.
