Oh well, I figured that some folks eat waffles and fried chicken and it is not TOO different than waffles and bacon.....
I had leftover waffles and pork butt. I mixed together some BBQ sauce and maple syrup. Turned out to be too much "sweet" for my tastes but it was worth a try.

Chris, I'm going with the 'too much time on your hands theory' Ha.
