Just purchased the legendary 'Big Green Egg' on the advice of my buddy from Dallas. He also extols the virtues of babyback ribs. Does anyone know if there is another name for this delicacy and where they can be purchased in Auckland NZ.

Yes, baby backs are also called loin ribs, back ribs or loin back ribs. These ribs are 'high on the hog' and are just below the spine.

It's actually two separate charts. And to be honest, I can't answer that. Not because it's top secret or anything, but because I just don't recall. I cruise around on about 8 or 10 barbecue forums, plus get more e-mails than I can deal with some days.
