Hubby just returned from Canada. He was telling me about eating Large Beef Ribs. He is a baby back man. Can anyone tell me the best way to fix them time temp. Thanks in advance you are all great.

I just did them for the first time within the last week or so...check out the cooks section of my website for all of the details..they were very good..

Beef ribs are great but can be very fatty. I got three huge ones from Sam's a couple of months ago and cooked 2 of them the same way I cook spare ribs. They were very fatty. Tried the third one this week and cooked it the same way but left it on for 7 hrs. indirect at 275. Deeliscious and most of the fat was gone. Should have taken a pic. Had a full drip pan.
