Howdy...
Had a craving for MOink Balls but didnt have any ground beef at home and didnt feel like grinding up a Ribeye for MOinkballs - so i thought why not give it a try with some ground leftover Pulled Pork ?

Cut it into grinder size pieces

fed some Jalapenos through the grinder first

followed up by the pulled pork - which slightly irritated my buddy porker...

Then i added a pound of ground pork ( nope, not Porker you animals !
)
some of my own Pigwings BBQ Rub, melted Butter and BBQ Sauce to the mix for a good moisture content.

Then it was time to use my new toy for the very first time - the "MOink Baller"

It was very easy to shape dozens of balls in a very short time. I love this thing.
Porker obviously doesnt - he passed out when he saw me use it...

wrapped some bacon around them and fixed with a toothpick

fired up the medium Big Green Egg and added some cherry wood

and 35 Minutes later i glazed the Balls with Sweet Baby Ray´s Honey Chipotle Sauce

Had some fresh Bread with butter and sea salt flakes as sides. Good enough to eat.

Oh, and what about Porker ? Well, since he got aware of the hard fact that Moink Balls can be made with 100 % Pork - he´s... well... working hard on saving his species...
