SH Trout & Un - shish kabobs w/ shrooms

Not trying for the shroom entry, but I did use them tonight.
I've been hunkering for shish-kabobs, but did not want to fool with putting everything on the skewers.
Plus, the kids wanted fish, so I decided to do a basket of veggies and steelhead trout instead.
Veggies were green peppers, onions, zucchini, shrooms, and cherry tomatoes. Tossed in olive oil, salt, pepper, and shaking the tree.
Salmon was the DP recipe os raging river w/ maple syrup.
Wife wanted some pineapple chunks. Unfortunately, I am out of Pineapple Head and my Ace has not stocked it. Need to put in an order.
On the XL:
And plated:
Very tasty, quick, and easy.
