the secret ingredient will be one of the below listed and will be announced thursday.

find a cow ,, cut part of it off and put it in the food proccesor

i will announce the secret ingredient [only one just like iron chef] and you make as many dishes using it as you want .. the egg should feature prominenty [but not exclusively in your cooking,,

for example ,, battle potato

sliced roasted new potato topped with Crème fraiche and caviar

cream of roasted potato soup with leek or a new england style chowder

steak au poive and princess potatoes with buckboard bacon sour cream

potato and cumquat ice cream [ the chef that makes ice cream with the secret ingredient almost alwas looses]
