Well I did my first cake on the Egg tonight, and the food critics, My wife & my Dad approved & said it was great. I must admit it was delicious!!
Anyway, I cooked a Coffee Rubbed Pork Tenderloin with a Peach BBQ Drizzle Sauce. Both recipes gotten out of the new Big Green Egg Cookbook.

Really very tasty. I might even try this one at the upcoming Carolina Eggfest, May 7th.!!!
