Hot tub anniversary

I asked my wife where she wanted to go eat for our anniversary.
Her reply "How about we stay in, have something on the Egg and watch the hockey game or a movie"
My reply :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:...Ok
Tried hot tubbing steaks for the first time
Some pics
On the menu, t-bones
Hot tubbed for an hour. Seasoned with salt and pepper
Some sides getting ready
Mr Holloway keeps an eye on the steaks
Ready to eat
This will be my new way of doing steaks. It was so good I forgot the asparagus in the oven and missed a pic of the steak sliced. :laugh: :laugh:
Thanks to everyone here for the posts on this method.
It was my best steak, so far.

Where did you cook to spuds?Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers. -

I had slim pickings when I grabbed mine, kinda thin.
The flank was scooped up really quick at our store.
I think it was, save about $3/lb

Shane, Good to hear your steaks came out great. The one T bone looks more like a Porterhouse. The other thing is you married a wonderful women. Never let her go.
