Some of my best ribs ever, very tender. Lot's of fun to cook today with the big Green Bay Packer win! :cheer: Sorry RRP, your Chicago Bears got run over.
These ribs were not greasy at all- just about all the fat came off in the braising stage. Just tender, moist and tasty. I'll post more pic's Monday evening.

Wow, they look delicious! I never get tired of seeing pictures of succulent ribs. I've loved them since my first taste when I was a tiny, innocent little girl, and that's eggzactly what they looked like!

Clay I think you got them just right.....Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.
