Richard Fl was generous enough to send some rubs to the Chicken Ranch for the Coop Christmas Party. I was fortunate to procure this packet before they all disappeared.
Last night we made some Lamb Pops using only this rub and pulled at 125 internal. What a really good flavor between the char and the rub.
Thanks Richard

Yum, double chops! Those look really good. I love that rub, too. Richard should market it.Happily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 5 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!

I agree with you on the rub. I like doing them double so I get char in every bite.LBGE Katy (Houston) TX

Very nice cook, Barry!
What was the dome temp?
Still have a partial and a full bag left and a pkg of racks in the freezer -- too bad guests next weekend don't eat lamb... Guess the following weekend will have to do
Hope to see you and the lovely bride in Salado!
