Trex steaks

We bought a whole rib eye at Sams today, sliced off some huge steaks.
Tried a little Trex on them. They were delicious. I will experiment with posting some pics.[p][p][p][p][p][p]

We paid 3.89/lb for this. Seems expensive as it came out to $86 and change plus tax for a 14 pounder, but is much less than the +/- $9.00/lb we see in Winn Dixie for the 1/2" thick ones.

Umm you paid $6.15 a pound plus tax, you might want to go back and see what's what with the overcharge.[p]Winn Dixie will cut the steaks however thick you want btw, but they will still be the same price per pound.

My bad! And you are right. I dug the price label out of the garbage and it was $6.24/lb for 13.79 lbs of meat and cost $86.05. Did the math and it is correct. Don't know where I pulled the $3.89 from. Thanks for keeping me straight.
