Stoker working perfectly. Cooking at 225 for dinner tonite. Trying Todd's dirt original rub.
Speaking of rubs, has anyone used the Paul Prudome meat rub. If so, did you like it?

Gotta Love it!
Two Butts on with the Stoker (185temp should be good for football game #1)....Turkey getting ready to go in the other Egg (for game #3), wife's got hopp'in johns on the stove (for game #2).... I stock pot going for the groovy)...Feeding Frenzy over here today like every New Years Day!
