As a woodworker you can make one out of wood and enjoy the same Eggsperience as me. Of course, you will need to make a bunch of 'em if you plan of doing it a lot LOL

    Spring,
That's really cool and I bet will be a blast to grill on!
Someone spent a lot of time with a hack saw and file.
     ;)
You're a lucky guy, have fun buddy!
  • By the way... Popsicle started it by showing off his new grid in Plano.

    PopsiclesGrid.jpg

Then he and Spring Hen were in cahoots to get me one made in time for the Coop Christmas Party. It was delivered here but remained hidden until Christmas morning in New Orleans.

If anyone is interested it was made by Texans Barbecue & Catering in Willis, Texas 936-890-2100

    Pretty cool gift I think.

  • Wow, a custom made egg grid! You are one fortunate chicken Leroy. :)
  • I'll let you know after it warms up here. Only 52° now and I'm not about to go out in that kind of weather, even if the sun is shining bright.

That thing weighs about ten pound or more so he probably wore out quite a few files.

that is pretty neat! Nice gift!
  • Yes, but it takes a lot more than custom made grids to maintain me. Just ask Spring Hen LOL

Spring "Maintenance Is Just Part Of Being Me" Chicken
  • Yes it is and its the kind that keeps on giving. Now I've gotta come up with something to lift it with.

  • here in canton ohio we call that bling!!
  • Then for one magic moment, I Had Bling.

But then I learned that even a little Bling can be way too much unless it keeps you warm and dry.

That is a very "grate" gift. Spring Hen did good.

  • Yes... She did good. But even a shiny new personalized cooking grid can't make Egg'd food taste better. It just looks better.

    NICE!! you did good Judy!!!
  • Yes Julie, she seems to have a knack for making me happy.

But I renewed her subscription to Playboy and let her sample almost all of the perfume in the store.

    I know... I'm generous to a fault.

You’re going to love it Leroy, all the advantages of CI except non-breakable.

  • That is really cool.
  • Gotta get a block and tackle to lift it for servicing. That thing is heavy. Maybe a motorized one. Just press a button...

Maybe I won't use it at all and just keep it clean... Sure is pretty.

Naaaaaaaa! First piece of dead cow I happen on is going to go on it.

Wonder if he makes 'em for Mini's?
