Flank steak goodness

The nice folks at The Pepper Pilot sent a couple of samples all the way up to the great white north :laugh:

Decided to try the Java Lava, a coffee blend, on some flank steak.
Some pics
The piece of flank ready for the Java Lava rub
Rubbed and thrown in the fridge overnight.
Next day, some fresh lime then onto the Egg
No problem getting the heat up on the Egg
Flank on
Sliced up great and had nice colour, a little hard to tell from the pics
This went of a flour tortilla with some homemade salsa, cheese and guacamole.
We both loved the Java Lava. It added fantastic flavour to the steak.
This all got gobbled up pretty quick :evil:

Great looking cook Mr. Holloway. I love flank steak, but I've never had it with Java Lava. What's in the rub besides coffee?
Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.
