Flank steak goodness

Decided to try the Java Lava, a coffee blend, on some flank steak.

Some pics
The piece of flank ready for the Java Lava rub

Rubbed and thrown in the fridge overnight.

Next day, some fresh lime then onto the Egg

No problem getting the heat up on the Egg

Flank on

Sliced up great and had nice colour, a little hard to tell from the pics

This went of a flour tortilla with some homemade salsa, cheese and guacamole.

We both loved the Java Lava. It added fantastic flavour to the steak.
This all got gobbled up pretty quick :evil:

That looks quite good Shane. I used the Java Lava on a fattie. We liked it too. The guys at Pepper Pilot seems quite nice with all the free samples and all
