Finally tried some seafood on the Egg. I guess you could say the special ingredient was honey

Cedar Plank Salmon with Honey Glaze

This is the first time I've ever tried using cedar planks. Had no idea how strong the cedar smell would be - very cool!

Everything turned out quite tasty.

the food and pics look great! I love shrmip on the barbie... especially straight off the grill.

I love planked salmon (my preference is maple plank)

Here's the recipe for the honey glaze (the recipe says this amount is for 4 salmon filets but I think it makes enough for 5-6)

1/2 cup Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsps orange zest
1 tsp minced thyme
2 tbsp evoo
