For the Cast iron Junkies :) O/T
was at goodwill and picked up a Griswold #10 tite-top dutch oven!
I have not cleaned it or seasoned it yet.
no pits, scratches or cracks
was going to leave it there and get it tomorrow as they are having a half price sale... as I walked out I pulled it up on my phone on ebay and they go for $400.00!!!! I spun right around almost ran to where I had hidden it till tomorrow, grabbed it and plunked down my $10.00 :woohoo: YUP ten dollars!!! 
talk about a huge pot of baked beans!!! if it still had the trivet it would be worth another 100-150 LOL I think I will live just fine with out it

Nope I am good just checked and if I take the top grid off the adj rig it fits on the bottom grid just fine

That is a very good deal, OMG the handle is worth the $10.00.
Now I'm gonna burst your bubble, don't use it for cooking it is a great collectors item and if you were to damage it using it, there goes the value. So I recommend either keeping it as a collector piece or sell it to a collector for the $400.00 and buy a cheaper one to use. I have collected Griswold for the last 21 years and bought and sold hundreds of pieces. I only use one frying pan for my cornbread because the bottom is no longer flat (someone not me overheated it) and that kills the value. I just sold a #7 #8, #9, #10 that sat on the pot rack for 15 years and all had the trivet. Just don’t have the room for them at the NC home.
What is on the bottom of the pan?
You really have a great find and Kay and I are HAPPY for you. I will keep a look out for a trivet for you as I quite often find them in antique malls.

Amazing score Julie, you don't need anythng else from Santa this year! This week I picked up an almost 100-year-old (so I was told) antique mechanical CI trade scale made by IBM, for $28 from CL but it's in rough shape.
