Thanks to you, I have been designated as the turkey for my wife's family on Thanksgiving AND Christmas. :S
Awesome turkey recipe and thanks for the tips. The gravy is different than what everyone is used to but they loved it.

Same here -- excellent results. Had a few issues with the turkey being a little too high in the dome on my medium Egg, but I adapted and overcame. Flavor was fantastic.
