my new favorite smell

until today my favorite cooking smell was early morning at a competition when the air is heavy with smoke from slow cooking red meat or ribs with hickory smoke at home on the egg
that all changed this morning
crackling hot duckfat with applewood smoke.

Can you put a fan behind the egg and blow some of that smell my way? Sounds like it would be great smell.

i am sure you would as it is your apple wood thank you ,,
it is snowing hard here .. ground is too warm for accumulation but it is sticking to the grass. -
