Friday night I finally got to do a cook using my new stoker and I will say I am very impressed. It was perfect 16 hour cook with the temp ranging between 224.6 and 225.8. I did two butts and some ribs. The pic only shows the larger of the two butts since I pulled the smaller one earlier. It seems that The Tide and myself both played around with some hogs before finally finishing them off...
