steak salad - or why I don't eat a whole steak!

I love a nice hot aged steak, but I always save some for a salad later. This was similar to Saturday's salad of red leaf lettuce, onion, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, green peas, Litehouse Bleu Cheese dressing, Maytag crumblies, toasted sunflower kernels and of course slices of rare New York strip for the meat kicker. Add a glass of wine on the side and I'm in heaven!
