In a recent Pad Thai post you mentioned that you had a great recipe and you would post it in the recipe section? Did you get it posted? If not, if you email the scan to me I can help type it in.

  • I have spent half my time in Thailand and I love Thai food

I have yet to find a Thai restaurant that has the real flavor of Thailand

I took the intensive cooking class from this lady and I do cook Thai food that really taste like Thailand

The most important thing I learned was, buying the Brands of the different ingredients she recommends.

Check out the site.....I hope it helps
  • Thanks for the link thailandjohn. I was getting ready to place an order from a website that Richard Fl recommended. After looking at a few of the recipes on, I have a few more things I want to order and try. I appreciate the help.

If you end up making a killer chicken pad Thai I'd love to hear how you made it. I love that stuff. It's like crack. So is spicy basil chicken. I think that is my favorite food. Dam. I think I'll be going to Cary and picking up Thai this weekend.
