I have spent half my time in Thailand and I love Thai food

I have yet to find a Thai restaurant that has the real flavor of Thailand

I took the intensive cooking class from this lady and I do cook Thai food that really taste like Thailand

The most important thing I learned was, buying the Brands of the different ingredients she recommends.

If you end up making a killer chicken pad Thai I'd love to hear how you made it. I love that stuff. It's like crack. So is spicy basil chicken. I think that is my favorite food. Dam. I think I'll be going to Cary and picking up Thai this weekend.

i'd still love this recipe as well.....

i tried it from scratch last week and let's just say besides my mis en place being mis en wrong place, it was a total failure.
