An Eggfull of Swamp Venom Wings

Used two rib racks to hold 32 full wings. I probably could have gotten more on there if I would have put them together, but I wanted the eat to get between them. I dont have an "after" pick, but they were breat.

    350 for 45 min and then 5 more min at 500 to crisp them up....very good stuff!
