<p />Cooked a 10lb brisket, 18 hours, indirect, at 215 degrees, basted with Sweet baby Rays the last hour, wrapped, and will soon be slicing, ( momma said )thats after I mow the lawn..........sheesh
The meat hooks were made by Lawn Ranger, great for pulling the grill off the egg and then using it to take the meat off the grill on to a platter. Thanks Lawn Ranger.
