Hi Everyone! Saturday was my first time grilling with my new egg so I was pretty excited. I decided to give tri-tip a shot. I didn't know what to expect because last month I didn't even know what tri-tip was. :laugh:
Marinated in EVOO, Garlic, Salt, Pepper and Herbs
Seared at 650* for 2 minutes each side.
Dropped egg temp to 325* and finished indirect to internal temp of 145*
Best cheap steak I ever had!
I am having too much fun with this thing!
