Hi to both of you guys. I lurk here on the forum several times a day but just don't post much. The reason I was interested in the moink balls is we have a small local cooking contest in a couple of weeks and I thought I would try those there if they come out ok here at home. I placed second last year, (my first time at competing), also we spent the winter down in south Texas, McAllen to be exact so didn't post then.
