brisket "Flat" on the Lg Egg

Just threw on a 3lb flat (brisket) 2:30 St. Louis time.....How long do you think at 225-235.....Usually do a Full briket with both sides attached....will this "flat cook faster is my question" ...>>I will keep an eye on it...I don't have a remote thermometer and I don't want to keep opening the egg to check meat temp.................
