Turkey Breast....I don't have the words...
...to describe JUST how good this breast came out.[p]I injected with Chef Williams Creole Garlic Butter, sprayed with olive oil and sprinkled liberally with "Dizzy Dust" (YES)! cooked indirect with pecan and apple wood @350 till 160 degrees.
The taste is Awesome. I think I may be becoming an EGGoholic! :)[p]pointer
