0 • Off Topic Disagree Agree LikeA good size chuck roast is around 2.5 to 3 pounds. Buy boneless, arm or English cut if you can. There is less fat with those cuts. You can make pulled beef with just 2 chuck roasts but if you want some to freeze then buy 3.
