Had a Supoer Bowl party yesterday and among the things I prepared was Clay's BBQ pulled beef. UNREAL!!!

I found the recipe on the website, but wondering how many pounds of chuck roast to use. It just states 3 chuck roasts. How many pounds worked for you?

Hey glad you smoked up some pulled beef for the game!
Yummmmmm, a special treat. You'll have to make more next time, it's great reheated. -
Dawn,
A good size chuck roast is around 2.5 to 3 pounds. Buy boneless, arm or English cut if you can. There is less fat with those cuts. You can make pulled beef with just 2 chuck roasts but if you want some to freeze then buy 3.
Good luck and have fun!
