Chicken Breast Cook ??

I am cooking a bunch of boneless skinless breasts today. Is is better to do these low and slow or hot and fast? If you vote hot and fast please advise temp and time.

    Put those up in the dome. 350-400 Are you marinating them?

    I cook them at 350° until they reach 160° internal temp.
