I am cooking two turkeys for Thanksgiving. One smoked and one Mad Max. I smoked the 13# today. I used wild cherry and grape vine. I figured I would reheat the smoked one and cook the Mad Max tomorrow. I could not wait. Had some for lunch. Not to smoky just right.

What Dome Temp was the turkey smoked ? What was temp when pulled ?

Had the digiQ2 Set on 330 at the grate. The breast was at 165 when the thighs hit 180
