    devein........also wanted to add, whike your grillin shrimp, make yourself some shrimp abt's. Place shrimp in 1/2 pepper and wrap in bacon. Cook at about 350 until bacon is crisp. Good Luck.

    Do you cook the shrimp first or just wrap em in raw??? Skip the cream cheese too?

    NO, shrimp are raw. No cream cheese. Thats how the shrimp are able to cook, if it had cream cheese, the shrimp would be insulated with more product and they may not cool enough, by the time the pepper is a little charred and the bacon is crisp, the med to large shrimp is cooked. Don't forget to season the shrimp.

    I meant to type cook not cool. Although you will end up with some cool tasting shrimp.....hehehehahahayoooo
