My first day grilling on the BGE.......

We had some ground chuck burgers for lunch (1/2 pounders) and they were very good then we cooked two 1.25 lb pork tenderloins for dinner (marinated overnight in italian, dales, worchestershire and some seasonings at grill time). It was the most tender tenderloin we've ever eaten. Grilling on the BGE will take some getting used to (I've always had gas grills) but I think I'm really going to enjoy it. I'm going to try a butt or shoulder next week for some pulled pork sandwiches..... got any good recipes?
