Hey Randy, I'm doing a bunch of cooking classes for Poolside. THis week it was Grilling 101, beyond Burgers n Brats. Next week is Seafood.
Each class has an appetizer and a desert with a few main courses. SO, for the seafood class the first thing I thought of was your spicy shrimp. I'll publish the recipes for the class. You will get all the credit for this, I'll just be makin it.
