    Thanks Mike, details:
    3 pound fresh gulf flounder stuffed with 1/2 pound small shrimp, 1/2 pound claw crabmeat, and a couple of mushrooms, sides are stuffed green peppers filled with shrimp jambalaya. Cooked at 300 degrees dome temp for about 25 minutes. Flounder was great and really moist, but I must say if anyone wants a treat, the bell peppers are really good, you could even stuffed them with rice dressing like I had done a few weeks ago along with a turkey breast. Happy Labor Day to all !!!
