Revival--Filets

Howdy
We are having revival at our church and the visiting preacher and songleader and our preacher and his wife are eating with us. It is about time to light up BGE for 1&1/2 inch filets to be TRexed. This is my first time egging for company so I just need positive thoughts for a sucessful cook.
I have used TRex method before and results were awesom. Thanks to this forum for some great information and tips.

    PharmDawg, I know before eating they'll be saying grace, but after eating, they'll be singing your praises! Be careful though. If you feed'em too well, they might just decide that folks around there are bad enough to warrant a revival at least once a month. :-)
