I saw the how to and in doing the cutting I decided to make the breast almost boneless. I remived the keel bone and rib bones from the breast. All that is left is the wishbone. Should make a great presentation. Doing indirect 300 degrees with RO and hickory chips. Will follow up with after pics when done.
