Still cooking - ribs this time

Lurking like a mad man, still cooking on the weekends. I used pineapple juice on these ribs every 30 minutes. Didn't like them too much as the sugar burned and gave them an odd flavor.
I usually do 50/50 vinegar/apple juice and they turn out much better.

    maybe try mixing the pineapple juice with rum and applying directly to your stomach :woohoo:

  • here's the recipe for a Rick's Tropical Delight! B)

    16 oz glass with crushed ice
    1 oz light rum
    1/2 oz amaretto
    1/2 oz triple sec
    a squeeze of lime
    a dash of sour mix
    1.5 oz pineapple juice
    1.5 oz cranberry juice
    1.5 oz orange juice
    a drizzle of grenadine

    and repeat

    give them a try without the spritzing and brushing and mopping and foiling and , and, and
    try them once with just a dry rub and see how simple they can be to come out like tony the tiger said GGGGGGRRREEEEAATTTTTT!!!!!!
