Still cooking - ribs this time

Lurking like a mad man, still cooking on the weekends. I used pineapple juice on these ribs every 30 minutes. Didn't like them too much as the sugar burned and gave them an odd flavor.
I usually do 50/50 vinegar/apple juice and they turn out much better.
