Beef Shoulder Roast

I am cooking a beef shoulder roast tonight. Not sure about times and temperatures. I am pretty sure it should be a slow type of cook. What do you all think?[p]The roast is 3 lbs. and about 2 inches thick.[p]Thanks in advance,
