Got home from the Hog Wild BBQ competition in Mobile, AL and fired up the BGE. Got some new rubs to play with!
Saw a few BGEers and some sure nuff big rigs. Those folks are serious! :huh:
Started out with ABT's stuffed with Cream cheese and pulled pork that was left over from last nights BBQ sandwiches.
Then cooked some Italian Sausage, pepperoni cheese pizza
And a BBQ pizza with last nights left over pulled pork
Have to get back to the cooler before my beer gets gone!
