Good Evening,[p]I just wanted to thank all of you for your help with last week's cook. To refresh your memory: smoked two 9 lb. turkey breasts on Saturday - filleted the meat - vacuumed sealed the 4 slabs of meat - placed in freezer until Thanksgiving day - reheated the meat in boiling water in the Foodsaver bag - removed from bag - sliced - and finally ate.[p]This plan came from the great people on this forum. It worked great. The turkey was moist and tasted like it just came out of the cooker. My entire family loved it as evidenced by no leftovers.[p]Thanks again to all! I will use these ideas many times in the future.[p]Sincerely,
