It's easy to move to the sunshine.
Yesterday I took baby mini from the backyard to the front of the house because that's where the sun is in the late afternoon, put in some new lump from Barbeques Galore and to my surprise she went right to 600° with no problem. Must be the new lump because I have always had a hard time getting to 500°. The old lump was called Real Flavor which I had gotten at Wal-Mart. I cooled her down some, threw some chips on and smoked a nice juicy filet for a few minutes then brought her back to 600° for about 4 min. per side and a short dell, Another killer steak and I know the whole block could smell the great aroma.
